Playground Rules
Our rules are designed to ensure a safe, fun experience for everyone at PlayNation.
General Rules
These rules help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone
Socks Required
All children and adults must wear socks in the play areas at all times. No shoes allowed in play areas.
Adult Supervision
Children under 5 must be actively supervised by an adult at all times. Adults must remain in the facility while their children play.
No Outside Food
Outside food and beverages are not permitted except for baby food, formula, and water. Food is only allowed in designated eating areas.
Age-Appropriate Play
Children must play in areas designated for their age group for their safety. Toddler areas are restricted to children 3 and under.
No Running
Walking only in non-play areas such as the café and party rooms. No running in these areas.
No Rough Play
Pushing, shoving, or rough play is not permitted to ensure everyone's safety. Be respectful of others.
Sick Policy
Children who are visibly ill are not permitted to play to prevent spreading illness. Please visit when your child is well.
Wristbands
All children and their accompanying adults must wear matching wristbands. Children can only leave with the adult who has the matching wristband.
No Jewelry
Remove necklaces, bracelets, and other accessories before playing to prevent injury or damage.
Follow Staff Instructions
Staff instructions must be followed at all times for everyone's safety. Our staff is here to help!
Play Area Specific Rules
Additional guidelines for specific areas of our playground
Toddler Zone (Ages 0-3)
- •Only children 3 and under permitted
- •Adult supervision required at all times
- •No toys from home allowed
- •Gentle play only
- •Maximum of 2 children per adult
Main Play Structure (Ages 4-13)
- •One child per slide at a time
- •Slide feet first, sitting position only
- •No climbing up slides
- •No jumping from platforms
- •No food or drinks in play structure
Café Area
- •Food and drinks in café area only
- •Clean up after yourself
- •Notify staff of spills immediately
- •No running in café area
- •Children must be supervised at all times

Health & Safety
- Children with contagious illnesses should not visit until they are no longer contagious.
- Please inform staff of any allergies or medical conditions that may require attention.
- In case of injury, please notify staff immediately so we can provide assistance.
- Hand sanitizing stations are available throughout the facility. We encourage frequent use.
General Policies
- PlayNation is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Lockers are available for valuables.
- All visitors must have a signed waiver on file before entering play areas.
- Management reserves the right to refuse entry or ask guests to leave if rules are not followed.
- No refunds once you have entered the facility. Admission is for the entire day.

While we take every precaution to ensure a safe environment, play is at your own risk. By entering our facility, you acknowledge and accept this risk. All visitors must have a signed waiver on file. PlayNation reserves the right to modify these rules at any time to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests.
